When I was feeding our chickens one morning (see post here), I was fumbling around with my iPhone in one hand and chicken feed in another. Recording was difficult, to say the least.

I knew that I wanted something like a tripod that was both portable and easy to use. Chubbycable's magentic tripod is perfect for the task. It’s both a selfie stick as well as a tripod that can be raised to about six feet. It also comes with a remote. The MagSafe mount can be in portrait or landscape, and can pivot up and down by 180 degrees.

The tripod has a sturdy heavy feeling, but is light enough to pack and carry easily. The self stick and tripod slide out with firm pressure and holds the length securely.

The only thing it's missing are spring action legs where simply placing the device on the group upright would extend the legs for you. Other than that single design feature, I'm loving the Chubbcable's Chubbysnap Pro. Four out of five stars.
